Collaborating with Ian MacFarlan at Strategetic Consultants and Western Sydney Business Connection to formulate this pivotal regional initiative. The challenge was to reposition the region with Smart City strategies and create a compelling placemaking identity. The destination is comprised of eight regional councils, with the need to work under a collective voice. This ambitious initiative involved a framework including networks, signage, an app, and film content to define all key regional stakeholder groups, driving numerous audience engagements, from food networks, artistic pathways through to meandering cycling paths.
