PAPER FOREST

A paper construction and installation exploring the language of forests" is an artistic endeavor that delves into the intricate relationship between art and nature. Created using materials sourced from trees, this installation is a symbolic representation of the profound connection between paper and the forests from which it originates.

The installation employs symbolic writing and interpretive marks to mirror the attributes and elements of paper itself. These marks become a visual representation of the essence of paper, a medium that has been integral to human communication and expression for centuries.

In the installation, the paper lengths are draped and arranged to capture the undulating rhythms and textures found in the bark of trees. This deliberate arrangement results in a harmonious dance between the installation and the organic patterns of nature. The installation’s design draws from the natural world, transposing the intricate gestures and patterns found in forests onto the paper medium.

This project offers a unique perspective on the interconnectedness of art and the environment, highlighting the beauty and significance of the materials we often take for granted. Through this installation, viewers are invited to contemplate the poetic dialogue between paper, trees, and the natural world they represent.
